Who am I? I am a daughter, a sister, a mother of 3, grandmother of 2 and extremely proud to be completing my Associates Degree and starting a new chapter!
My Training as a shamanic healer
I am a Shamanic Practitioner based in Bettendorf, IA. In March of 2019 I completed an 18 month apprenticeship, which focused on the ways of the Andean traditions, through Steve and Angel Lyle at The Joyful Journey.
In October of 2019, I completed further training with the Joyful Journey in Hampi Medicine (healing medicine). In 2020 I completed advanced training on the ways of the Hampi Mesa through the Andean Paqos in Peru. These trainings were provided by Tupaq Tito Kuntur who is an esteemed altomesoyoq, the highest level of medicine people in the Andes.
During the Summer, Fall, and Winter of 2020, I attended training in the ways of the Pachakutiy. The Pachakutiy is the way that energies affect the world, nature, the cosmos, and all beings. I have been provided this training through Tupaq Tito Kuntur and T’ito Q’osñipa Kuntur our brothers from Peru.
In 2023, I continued my healing training by attending a workshop with Brother Tito. We studied the ways of cleansing and protecting ourselves from intrusive energies.
I currently assist my mentors at the Joyful Journey with teaching apprenticeships to new shamanic healers keeping true to the Andean traditions. This is a year long apprenticeship, based in ceremony and energy healing.
