Walking your path can be hard. We can all attest to the fact that life is not easy. We sometimes wonder how we ended up walking the path we are on. I imagine every single human being has stopped and said “How did I get here?” and “How do I get out of this?”

We have to trust that we are being provided opportunities on this path that challenge us to become the people we were meant to be! Think of those tough situations as speed bumps, that will bring us. EASIER SAID THAN DONE!!!

When feeling down, overwhelmed, frustrated take a moment to breathe, step outside and experience nature. Listening to the birds, feeling the wind and sun. Go out to that park and find a trail to walk down. Soon you will find your heart rate has dropped, your mind is clearer and that “bump” doesn’t seem as overwhelming and frustrating as it was before.

Those obstacles will feel like they are no big deal and you will find yourself at peace and one with nature.
